"DAD’s Construction added a second story to our home and performed a full interior remodel. The added space included a very large master bedroom with a full bathroom, walk-in closet, and balcony; custom and well appointed home office; guest bedroom; guest bathroom; custom stairs and hall; lots of storage; and windows that allowed us to enjoy beautiful views of the city and ocean. As an added bonus, these beautiful new stained wood Pella windows also permitted us to take advantage of the cool breezes.

"The entire first floor was remolded to include new split-level heating and air conditioning, tankless water heaters, all new and upgraded electrical (previous was aluminum wiring), enhanced recess lighting, tube type solar skylights, new flooring, full 3 car garage upper storage, new windows and doors, all new plumbing, etc. DAD’s always left the worksite clean and well organized (which amazed us considering the level of work), provided constant updates, and stayed on schedule. They even covered the entire house to keep rain out on several occasions!
