Words cannot begin to express the pleasure of working with you, your family & team on the renovation of my master and guest bathroom remodel in Lake Forest. What a joy it was to have your bunch here in my home each and every day.
Throughout the entire job, you were professional. Your initial numbers on the original proposal were not met with change order after change order. This was really nice compared to the last contractor who worked in my home. That was refreshing!
You were clean and tidy. You never left things in disarray. Each day the worksites were vacuumed and left very clean. I never had to worry about tripping and falling on anything.
I now understand what you meant when you would chant to your sons, “the Devil is in the details,” as every aspect of the bathrooms are as close to perfection as possible. My neighbors think the tile work looks like art!
Please tell your adorable boys, sweet girls (who I finally got to meet once school got out), and your lovely wife how much I appreciate your beautiful work and incredible customer care and service. You guys are one in a million! I will miss having you here every day!
