Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how thrilled we are with our new house remodel. The complete remodel of our two upstairs bathrooms plus scraping our ceilings and re-roofing was for us, a huge undertaking. It was our first experience at a major house remodel, and needless to say, we were quite nervous about it. Your approach to bathroom renovations in Lake Forest made the entire process so easy for our family.
You guys were terrific, and really made life easy for us. Not only was your work and craftsmanship outstanding, but we really appreciated the little stuff and your attention to details. Each day after your work crew was done, they were almost obsessive in cleaning up after themselves so that we hardly knew they were there when we came home from work in the evening. Another detail I did not expect was your taking care of all the paperwork with our homeowner’s association. I have done some small projects before where I had to get my neighbor’s 
signatures and submit the paperwork to the architectural committee. I was more than pleased when you informed me I did not have to do that this time, but that you would take care of everything. And you did-thanks.

Now that the work is done, we really miss you guys and your crew coming over. Everybody who works for you, besides being a fine craftsman, is a really nice person. I pumped your tile man and your painter with lots of questions for my personal interest. They were very patient and very helpful. I have lots of notes. And since a good chunk of the work was done during the summer when my kids were home, they become very fond of everyone, especially Sylvia who was very kind and sweet to them. I am thinking of having more work done just to get you guys to come back.
We are hooked on DADS. You are our guys. Whenever we need to have future work done, and we have lots of plans, we will give you guys a call. Just bring the contract over, because we are not going to waste our time talking to anyone else.
